The curriculum in all three Masters Programs at Touro Graduate School of Technology is focused on enhancing students’ career opportunities.

As a supplement, the Office of Career Services has developed a series of career-focused events to give students information and insight into the current technology and communications job market, the job search process, and how to best prepare for seeking employment.

GST is presenting a terrific career opportunity for all IT students (undergraduate students, graduate students, alumni) at Touro College. Aider Solutions' recruiters, who are affiliated with Hacker Rank and PyMetrics, will be on location to interview and help attendees perfect their profiles to link them up with jobs in the tri-state area.

Career Night with Beyond Coding

Beyond Coding’s goal is not to teach hard coding skills, but to ensure that anyone in this city with a passion for technology has access to the mentoring, training, and support they need to succeed as a developer. The curriculum is designed to accelerate the learning curve among new programmers by addressing skills gaps that employers often see when hiring junior level technical talent. Topics include professional networking, communicating technical topics to a variety of audiences, the best way to prepare for a technical interview, and techniques on how to continue learning programming skills beyond the classroom. Standing Out in Today's Digitally-Driven Job Market: Career Night with Dana Leavy-Detrick

In this ultra-competitive, digitally-driven job market, a traditional resume by itself is no longer enough when it comes to positioning yourself as a top candidate. At this career night you will learn about topics such as digital branding, networking & digital marketing platforms, and creating content to build a strong digital presence. Steven Schwartz teaches Job Search and Business Communications courses to undergraduate and graduate students at Fordham University, and has taught those same skills to international and native-speaking graduate students at Columbia and NYU.
