There are several free Google Chrome extensions that will tell you whether an employer has recently sponsored H-1B visas.

This extension shows companies that have sponsored H-1B visas, green cards, and are enrolled in E-Verify on LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, Glassdoor, and Google Jobs. View the Guide
