STEM-Certified Program
The Touro University Graduate School of Technology introduces an exciting new Master of Science
program in “Data Analytics.” GST live streams its courses on weekday evenings for students to join at home or
on campus. GSB offers their live courses either fully online or fully on campus. The MS in Data Analytics is a
10 course-30 credit program with a choice of 2 concentrations;
Technology/Database Concentration:
The Technology and Database concentration focuses on
building skills to develop and use databases, including SQL, and to become proficient in modern
programming languages such as Python and R. These skills are applied in learning best data
management practices. After gathering the raw data, you will learn how to analyze and present the data using
data visualization tools such as tableau and Power BI.
Business Concentration:
The Business concentration builds skills that can be applied to all sizes of
business operations. In the business world, a Data Analyst works with data and databases from a
financial perspective and a business management perspective to increase profits and overall
success of a company. Under this concentration, students develop skills in financial analysis,
management, trend analysis, and risk modelling
In either concentration, our program offers:
- Preparation- Our program offers students the opportunity to learn principles and skills necessary for a career in Data Analytics, with the knowledge and tools to succeed in the business or technology/database fields.
- Practical Knowledge- Our MS Data Analytics is based on producing Analysts with real-world skills in technology, database and business, including descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive analytics.
- Flexibility- Students may join any class session on campus or online, and classes are recorded and saved for later viewing.
- Choice-Upon completion, students will have a variety of career options, including Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Scientist, Data Engineer, Database Administrator and more.

NOTE In order to enroll in this program, you must either have an
undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or a Bachelor's
degree in any field with relevant technology experience. Alternately, we offer preparatory courses in
