Please be advised that it takes approximately 3-4 months after the official graduation date for diplomas to be available for distribution.
You will receive an email notification with the information about your Certified Electronic and Physical diplomas.
The Physical Diploma will be sent to you via the United States Postal Service to the address recorded in your TouroOne account under the permanent address type only. Therefore, please ensure that your account reflects the most up-to-date information (permanent address, personal email, and phone number). Please note that if the permanent address is not updated by the deadline, it will result in your diploma being delivered to an incorrect address, and you will be required to order a Replacement Diploma (reprint and mailing fees will apply).
Once the diploma is available, you will receive a Certified Electronic Diploma via your student TouroOne email address. Please be aware that you will receive two emails - an initial claim email from congratulations@parchment.com and the verification email from parchment@parchment.com.
You should expect your Physical Diploma to be issued by the diploma vendor approximately 15 business days after your Certified Electronic Diploma was issued (plus additional time for the diploma delivery).
