What is the difference between the WAD concentration in the MSIS program and the UX/UI program?
- The Web and App Development concentration in the MSIS program is for students who learn back-end
coding and languages such as Java, C#, PHP, and SQL. These students learn to take the designs
that the creative people made and develop programs that functionally achieve what the user
requests.
The UX/UI & INTERACTION DESIGN program is for students who want to learn how to design responsive websites. These are websites that restructure themselves depending on the device that they are viewed on to provide a better user experience. These students learn to code these websites using front-end scripting languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. -
