About the Presenter:

Professor Renata Rocha is an expert in Design Thinking and is a Lead Designer at J.P. Morgan Chase, the largest bank in the United States. Professor Rocha has more than 10 years of experience in graphic and interactive design and more than 8 years of working closely with researchers and content designers. She has a passion for mentoring young designers and has played a key role in updating Touro's Web & Multimedia Design Program and making it more UX-focused.
