A Baccalaureate Degree
A baccalaureate degree (or its equivalent) from an accredited academic institution; a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Graphic Design or Digital Media is recommended, but not required.
Minimum Grade Point
A minimum undergraduate and/or graduate grade point average of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale).
English Language Proficiency
Applicants whose native language is not English or who did not attend secondary school or college in an English-speaking country must show proficiency in the English language. This can be demonstrated in one of three ways:
Personal Statement
An essay describing personal goals and objectives in applying to the desired program.
Recommendations
Provide two letters of recommendations. Each letter can be from either a work supervisor or an academic instructor.
Resume
If possible, attach a current resume.

Applicants accepted to a program that includes classroom-based instruction in New York State, and who were born on or after January 1, 1957, need to provide proof of MMR immunization and return the meningococcal response form before they can be permitted to register for classes (as required by NY State law). International students follow the same admission process as domestic applicants. You can find out information on course evaluations, I-20, and visa information by reaching out to International Student Services.
When your application package is received, it is reviewed by the Admissions Committee. You will receive a letter informing you of the committee's decision. If you do not receive a response from us within two weeks of the date you submitted your application please contact our office by phone or email. If accepted, you will meet with your Program Advisor to discuss your plan of study before registering for classes.
